About us

A journal devoted to one remarkable breed

The Corso Journal is written by The Corso Journal Editorial Team — a small group of long-time Cane Corso owners and writers who were tired of thin, recycled breed content. We publish the guide we wish we had found when we brought our first Corso home.

Our aim is simple: give owners and prospective owners honest, specific information about a powerful dog that deserves to be understood rather than sensationalised.

Our content standards

Owner-focused

Every guide starts from a real question owners ask, and answers it plainly before adding depth.

Fact-checked

We cross-check breed standards, price ranges and health claims, and we say so when the evidence is weak or contested.

Updated regularly

Guides carry a published and an updated date, and we revise them as prices, standards and best practice change.

Independent

We do not breed or sell dogs, and we do not accept payment for coverage or placement in a guide.
